The market town of Holsworthy is set in the green hills of North Devon. There is still a thriving cattle market in the town, and on Wednesdays, there is the popular Pannier Market. There are a variety of small shops surrounding the main square, with several inns, cafes and tea rooms nearby. During your holiday at Thornbury Holiday Park, Holsworthy is a lovely place to holiday to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Devon countryside.

You can also nip across the border, and visit the coastal town of Bude. Whether you're after a romantic getaway or a family day-out by the sea, it’s all here. You can ramble, cycle, surf and swim along this wild coastline, and it's clean beaches.
