When getting away to visit the many attractions we have in the UK, you're going to need somewhere to stay. And what better
place to holiday than a self-catering holiday cottage. I hand-pick an area every week (well, most weeks, occasionally I'll take a week off).
And in that area I'll give an example of a cottage you can book. Some large holiday cottages get a mention; and some small holiday cottages
get a mention. Any-hoo, I hope you find something which takes your fancy.
A self-catering lodge could be the way you want to go. Much like a holiday cottage, the lodges are self-catering, and
make a good base to see the surrounding area - one of the biggest differences is that generally lodges come as a collection. Rather
than being just one cottage, you'll have a small cluster of lodges.
If you want to leave the shores of the UK, and head off to a sunnier climate, you might well want to take a holiday in
a holiday villa. To this end we occasionally pick a holiday villa which may well float your boat. The latest villa to get my attention
can be seen in the photo.
