How about a holiday near Estoi, in Algarve? The town of Estoa is a town, set in the foothills of the Serra do Caldeirao. There are cobbled streets leading to the town square, which is where you will find the church and a few cafes to stop at and enjoy a coffee while taking in the scenery.

During your holiday you can visit the Milreu Roman ruins, which was one of the first villas built in the Algarve by the Romans. The photo below shows the Roman Ruins of Milreu.
