The Beech House is on a quiet road in Corton, Suffolk
Corton is a small town on Suffolk's east coast. Tacked onto the north side of Lowestoft, this part of Suffolk makes a lovely place to take a holiday - the southern side of the Norfolk Broads are 2 miles away in Oulton Broad; a quiet beach runs along the edge of Corton; with Lowestoft's sandy beach being an excellent place to spend a sunny day; and, for those with nippers along for the ride, there is Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park within walking distance of Corton.

A little more about Beech House
So you've read a little about Corton, and you're thinking to yourself "I like the sound of that, where can I stay?". One option for you is "Beech House". Note this holiday cottage is named after the tree, not the beach. Although you can take the footpath to the beach, which is reached within ½ mile. The Beech House is a large cottage, sleeping 8 people - an excellent choice if you want to holiday with a group. You have a hot tub and an outdoor swimming pool to make full use of at The Beech House. And you're in a good location for the amenities too. The "Corton Inn" pub is a short walk. You can also head through the foot paths, past Gunton Hall, and head to The Potter's Kiln (a Harvester restaurant). Next to The Potter's Kiln is a huge Tesco, so you can easily get your provisions.
You can easily get about on a cycle too. This part of England is well known for its lack of hills, so getting about on two wheels is very easy indeed.
The segregated cycle routes mean you can take off from The Beech House and get to Tesco (½ mile), The Potter's Kiln (½ mile), Lowestoft town centre (2 miles) and Lowestoft seafront (2½ miles) without the need to cycle on a road - isn't that just fantastic.
